We can assist people in Assisted Living Centers
Daily Pet Visit-Up to 1 visit per day to check on your pet, up to 30 minutes of service per visit (starting from $17.00).
Over Night Pet Stay-If you prefer someone to stay overnight with your friendly pet in your home (starting from $60.00).
Wait Service-Some will wait in your home for a schedule delivery or pick up, service technician call or etc., based on a 2 hour window (starting from $30.00).
House Sitting Overnight-If you plan to go out of town and need someone to look after your home and make it look lived in (starting from $55.00).
General Errands-Someone to pickup your clothes from the cleaners, stand in line at the Post Office/UPS/FedEx, take back rentals (DVDs, games & etc), grocery shopping, drug store, pay a bill or other miscellaneous errands (starting from $25.00 per hour).
Laundry Service-Many people are tired when they get home and wish the laundry was already done, before they arrive. This service includes: washing, drying, folding and or hanging (up to 3 standard laundry size baskets filled to the rim), 3 load minimum (starting from $13.50 per load). Also, we can assist people in Assisted Living Centers.
Elderly Companion-Go to your home or their location, sit and talk with your love one. Provide an easy fix meal or a snack. Give you an update, base on 2 hour minimum (starting from $15.00 per hour).
Light House Cleaning-You need an experienced and efficient light house cleaner to go by your home, make it ready for company or family, 2.5 hour minimum (starting from $35.00 per hour). Also, we can assist people in Assisted Living Centers.
Help Organizing-Let me assist organize those closets, rooms or other parts of your home. Start off the new with a organize home, based on 2.5 hour minimum (starting from $25.00 per hour).
Minor Handyman Interior Service (customer provides the supplies)-Need a person to setup a phone or answering machine, help with packing/unpacking, hang a few pictures/ a mirror, change out a door knob, change out a mini/2 inch blind, take small/medium items to or from garage/bedroom, plumbing work, change out light bulbs, install a head board/foot board and other minor tasks, based on 2 hour minimum (starting from $30.00 per hour).
House Security-Go by your home when your out of town, check on things and inform you of the status. Bring in the newspaper, mail, packages or etc. Make sure the house is secured and the alarm is set, up to 30 minutes of service per visit (starting from $15.00).
Mobile Personal Listener- You just need to talk things over with someone other then a spouse, family member or a friend. You want this person to listen and or give their bias opinion on a certain matter, based on a 2 hour window (starting from $30.00).

tips on what to expect? Need help staging or de-cluttering your existing home? Should I make repairs or sale as is?
